What is ShipTrack?
To improve cross-border logistics tracking transparency, Amazon launched ShipTrack, a new feature, on August 25, 2023.
ShipTrack is a new option for sellers' first-leg logistics. When sellers choose a ShipTrack carrier to ship their products to an Amazon fulfillment center, the carrier automatically provides the seller's Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) tracking ID. From shipment to receipt, every key milestone is clearly visible on the "Shipment Overview" page in the seller platform.
Btd International Logistics has now completed integration with Amazon's system and officially become an Amazon ShipTrack carrier!
What are the advantages of using Btd ShipTrack for shipping?
1. No need to manually enter tracking codes, streamlining the warehousing process
After choosing Btd International Logistics as a carrier, Amazon will automatically fill in the tracking code for the seller, eliminating the need for manual entry. This simplifies shipping operations and improves warehousing efficiency.
2. Provides key tracking nodes for transparent logistics tracking
Sellers can view their shipment's trajectory directly in Amazon Seller Central, providing information on key tracking nodes, from shipment to receipt, departure, arrival, and arrival at the warehouse.
3. Accurately predict delivery times to optimize replenishment decisions
System data synchronization helps Amazon accurately predict when a seller's shipment will arrive at the fulfillment center and generate more accurate estimated delivery times. This helps sellers make better replenishment decisions and reduce the risk of overstocking and product sell-outs.
How to use the Baotongda ShipTrack service?
STEP 1
When creating a shipment in the backend, select "Baotongda International Logistics (ShipTrack)" from the "Select Shipping Carrier" list. For the English version, select "BTD (ShipTrack)" (see the image below):

STEP 2
After inquiring and placing an order offline with Baotongda, provide Baotongda with your complete Shipment ID and Reference ID.
STEP 3
You will automatically receive notifications and view the shipping history on the "Shipment Overview" page in Amazon Seller Central. It's fast and convenient!

Q: Is there any additional charge for using the ShipTrack service?
A: There is no additional charge for this value-added service. Baotongda Logistics joins ShipTrack as a carrier to simplify FBA customer operations and improve warehousing efficiency. We do not charge any additional service fees.
Q: Where can I find a list of ShipTrack carriers?
A: When using a non-partnered carrier, sellers can find the ShipTrack carrier list in the "Select Carrier" drop-down box in step 2 of creating a shipment (or step 4 when creating an LTL shipment). Select "Btd International Logistics (ShipTrack)."
Q: After using Btd ShipTrack, when can I view the shipment tracking number on Seller Central?
A: Amazon begins displaying tracking information on the shipment summary page in Seller Central when we receive your products. Tracking information will stop refreshing after the shipment arrives at the Amazon fulfillment center.
