The autumn air is crisp and refreshing, and the sweet fragrance of osmanthus fills the air. To further strengthen team cohesion and allow everyone to relax and unwind after a busy day, Baotongda International Logistics organized a two-day, one-night team-building activity for its national business departments on September 13-14, 2025.

The purpose of this team-building activity is primarily to allow everyone to enjoy life, rejuvenate their bodies and minds, and connect with nature. No team-building activities will be arranged.

At dawn, three buses packed with Baotongda members headed for their team-building destination, Qingyuan. During the three-hour journey, everyone played interactive games, sang classic songs, and even performed solos. The entire trip was filled with enthusiasm and laughter.

First Stop: A Boat Tour of the Xiaobei River

Qingyuan's Xiaobei River is known as the "Little Three Gorges of the Beijiang River." Its steep peaks and winding river create a breathtaking natural landscape: "one river flows far into the sea, two mountains reach high into the clouds."

Our friends from Baotongda cruised upstream along the Xiaobei River, where the rolling green mountains on both sides offer a variety of shapes. The river ripples and flows leisurely. The mountains and waters are clear, creating a breathtaking expanse of lush greenery. Just as the great writer Su Dongpo praised the scenery in his poem, "Heaven opens the Qingyuan Gorge, the earth transforms the Ningbi Bay."

Of course, we have to take photos to record this scene. The following is the style of Baotongda's business elite team on the Xiaobei River cruise.

Besides enjoying the beautiful scenery, the best thing to do is to try the "Beijiang River Fresh Feast" prepared by local boatmen. Each authentic special food is unforgettable and warms your stomach and heart.

Second Stop: Bijia Mountain

After a satisfying meal and a satisfying drink, the Baotongda group arrived at Bijia Mountain, a famous scenic spot in Qingyuan.

A must-see when visiting Bijia Mountain is the Nine-Layered Waterfall. With a total drop of approximately 208 meters, it's a rare and breathtaking waterfall in the Bijia Mountains. The immense curtain of water cascades down from the peaks like the Milky Way, creating a breathtaking spectacle. It evokes the breathtaking beauty of Li Bai's poem, "The waterfall plunges three thousand feet, as if the Milky Way descends from the sky."

In addition to enjoying the beautiful mountains, waters and scenery of Bijia Mountain, the Baotongda friends also experienced the thrilling and exciting projects in the scenic area, such as the Eagle Zipline, Canyon Glass Boat, Jungle Slide, and Step by Step. Faced with challenges, although the friends were afraid, they dared to break through themselves. When they overcame difficulties and obstacles and reached the finish line, everyone's faces were filled with the joy of victory.

Not fearing challenges, believing in oneself, and constantly surpassing oneself are the self-confidence of Baotongda’s colleagues and the source of strength for the company’s continuous development and growth.

Stop 3: Bisha Island BBQ and Bonfire Party

As night fell, everyone arrived at Bisha Island for a lively barbecue party. Everyone worked together in harmony, grilling delicious dishes. As the smoke rose, they shared not only delicious food but also the wisdom and insights gained from their work.

After enjoying the delicious food, everyone gathered together, many of them transforming into karaoke masters, showing off their singing skills. Under the quiet night sky, the melodious singing and the cheerful laughter of the chattering mingled, drifting into the distance along with the aroma of the scorching food.

As the night deepened, the long-awaited bonfire party arrived at 8:00 sharp. Baotongda founder Mr. Zhang lit the bonfire, officially opening the evening. The blazing flames shot forth like a fiery dragon, illuminating the dark night sky. All Baotongda members joined hands in a large circle, singing and dancing around the bonfire. The flames illuminated everyone's smiling faces, and the atmosphere grew increasingly lively.

The joyful singing and laughter brought us closer together, deepened our mutual understanding, and fostered harmonious relationships among team members.

Finally, the day's journey concluded in a joyful atmosphere. Filled with joy and gratitude, we boarded a bus to a star-rated hotel to rest and recharge our batteries for tomorrow's journey.

Fourth Stop: Chimelong Jungle Kingdom

Africa is far away, but Qingyuan is close!

Qingyuan Chimelong Resort is home to some of the world's largest ex situ conservation animal populations. Upon arrival, the Baotongda team first rode a vintage steam train. The 40-minute journey felt like a journey to distant Africa, allowing us to experience the pristine ecology of the continent firsthand. We encountered gemsbok, eland oryx, crowned cranes, pelicans, elephants, white rhinos, hippos, lions, zebras, and a variety of rare birds up close. We experienced the wild charm of the African savannah and shared in the awe of nature's life.

Afterwards, everyone went their separate ways, some going to the amusement park to experience the roller coaster, the Flying Bee chair, the carousel, the Lion King Ferris wheel, and other attractions; some went to the Yingxiong Valley Theater to watch a performance; and some interacted with the animals. Everyone temporarily forgot their worries and found inner peace and strength in being close to nature.

As dusk falls, our two-day, one-night journey draws to a close. From the relaxing cruise on the Xiaobei River to the awe-inspiring Nine-Grand Waterfall, to the lively barbecue party on Bisha Island and the joy of Chimelong Forest Kingdom, these memories are etched deep in our memories.

Throughout this journey, we've experienced laughter, friendship, and growth. We've strengthened our resolve to surpass ourselves and enhanced our team's cohesion and unity. I believe that in the future, each of us will continue to work together in our daily roles with even greater enthusiasm and closer collaboration, creating even greater success!
